Electric Underfloor Heating Mats

With electric underfloor heating, you can choose any type of floor finishing that you like. However, the functioning of the system is based on thermal radiation and heat transference to the surface of the floor. Every floor covering has different thermal conduction, which is why you should take a few conditions into consideration.

Ultra-thin mat heating system is an up-to-date kind of electric underfloor heating. It does not require the installation of a screed, because it can be easily laid into thin (8-10mm) under tile adhesive layer.

Water Underfloor Heating For Commercial Heating

It is applicable for all types of premises and can be easily installed both on a new surface or on the existing floor in case of repair works, especially when it is highly important to keep low thickness of the floor construction. Mats are manufactured and tested in full conformity with IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) Global Quality Standards.

Before laying the Electrotherm underfloor warming system make a drawing of the installation plan of each room. The plan must show the locations of:

  • The Electrotherm Heating Mat
  • The Cold Leads of the Heating Mat
  • The Temperature Sensor

When planning the layout of the Electrotherm heating system in bathrooms and shower rooms, make sure that bathtubs, shower/tub units, toilets, etc., will not be installed over the heated area. In addition, the heating element should be placed between 10cm and 20cm from the walls. The installation plan must be attached to this manual and given to the homeowner for safekeeping.
