Your chosen artisans such as plumbers & electricians.

Underfloor Heating

Thermo-Floor specify, source, supply, install and commission.

Electricians

Your electrician working on the property feed power to the plant room.

Screeding

Thermo-Floor specify, source, supply, install and commission.

Plumbers

Your Plumber working on the water system up to the plant room.

Heat Pump

Thermo-Floor specify, source, supply, install and commissioning.

Tiler/Flooring Fitters

Upon completion of screeding the flooring is handed over.

Commissioning

Thermo-Floor will take ownership of the installation ensuring optimum performance.

Handover

Once commissioned you will receive user operation instructions and routine usage skills.

Aftercare

An annual service pack is proposed to ensure many years of low cost hot water & heating.
